Erin Walsh Kugler, NCC
Last but absolutely not least, as a school counselor I work with teachers and administration. Collaborating and supporting teachers not only helps the teacher, but also helps students. Additionally, when administrators understand and value the role of school cousnelors, a real impact can be made. Information for administrators and teachers about school counselors is available in the links below.

As a school counselor I am not only available to all students, I am available to their caregivers as well. I am here to work collaboratively with caregivers regarding the one thing we have in common, wanting the best for their child. I am a resource and a support for caregivers to access whenever they need. Below are links for information to learn more about school counselors and their relationship with caregivers.
CAREGIVERS
My number one priority as a school counselor is the students. I promote positive mental health and equitable success for all students. I support students through direct services such as a counseling program, individual and group counseling, and classroom guidance. I also provide indirect services such as working and collaborting with caregivers, teachers, administrators, and the community.
